Mark Felton
Mark Felton is a native of Dublin and he qualified as a solicitor with Eugene F. Collins, Solicitors, in Dublin in 1992. He then joined Molloy, Fayle, Tyndall & Company in Greystones, Co. Wicklow.
In 1996, this firm became the Greystones branch of Augustus Cullen & Son, Solicitors and was acquired in 2003 by Mark with Paul McKnight to trade as Felton McKnight.
Mark is the firms managing Partner and also heads up the firm’s Mental Health and Capacity Department. He acts for a wide range of people an advises in detail on all Mental Health or Capacity issues. this includes representing persons who are involuntarily admitted to Psychiatric Hospitals at Mental Health Tribunals, advising in respect of Enduring Powers of Attorney and advising of the the benefit to people from having such a document in place, as well as being active in many Wards of Court applications and other related issues.He is also very experienced in the family law area. He is also a former Chairman and founder member of the Mental Health Lawyers Association and past President of the Greystones and District Chamber of Commerce.
Mark is married and lives in Greystones with his wife and family. He has a keen interest in the arts, particularly in music and musical theatre .
Paul McKnight
Paul McKnight is a native of Dublin who qualified as a solicitor in 1990 and worked with Reddy, Charleton & McKnight, Solicitors, in Dublin until 1996. He then joined the Quinn Group in Cavan as their in-house legal advisor.
In 1997, he joined the firm of Augustus Cullen & Son working in their Greystones branch. This business was acquired in 2003 by Paul with Mark Felton and now trades as Felton McKnight. While he is the head of the general practice and commercial litigation department, Paul also has an interest in family law and is a member of the Family Lawyers Association.
He is also a member of the Mental Health Lawyers Association, the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association and Greystones and District Chamber of Commerce. He holds a diploma in e-commerce and has trained as a collaborative family lawyer and as a civil and commercial mediator.
Paul is married and lives in Greystones with his wife and family. He has a keen interest in sports, particularly in golf, tennis and football.
