We also report to clients on the title and other relevant issues concerning the property such as maps, planning related matters, problems in the contract for sale, rights of way, access to and from the property, convenants and conditions affecting the property and management company issues in relation to the property.

We liaise with the solicitors for the seller or the purchaser and raise relevant queries with them regarding the property in question.

We liaise with financial institutions on behalf of our clients to ensure that all documentation to be completed and lodged with the lending institution is done in a timely manner and that our client’s loan facility is dealt with in advance of the completion date for the transaction.

We advise clients purchasing and selling commercial property, ranging from individual retail units to large purpose built facilities and entire developments, both residential and commercial. We can advise on all aspects of these deals, including the VAT and stamp duty implications of the transactions.

We also have wide experience in the area of landlord and tenant relationships. We draft rental agreements, both commercial and residential, and are fully conversant with the process for registering residential tenancies with the Private Residential Tenancies Board.
