His profound knowledge of the Mental Health Act, Wards of Court procedures, and Enduring Powers of Attorney has made him a leading advocate for vulnerable individuals in Ireland.
Mark actively contributes to the legal community as a member of the Law Society Mental Health and Capacity Task Force and as a founding member of the Irish Mental Health Lawyers Association. He also holds a Master’s degree in Law from University College Cork, focusing on mental health and disability legislation.
